The TEL's Lottery Services Portal website (the "LSP Website") is owned by GTECH Corporation ("GTECH") and operated on behalf of the TEL (TEL and GTECH are collectively referred to in this Privacy Notice as "we" or "us" or "our").

- Manage your profile information
- Add or maintain secondary users
Categories of personal information collected through the LSP Website are related to
- Your identity, demographics, contact details, preferences , postal and email addresses
- Your account credentials and associated security attributes (password hint questions and answers, place of birth, mother maiden name, selected graphic image and its name)
- Secondary user identity, role, and contact details along with your retailer ID and location
- Any additional information you provided to us.
PASSIVE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
The LSP Website may use "cookies" to gather information that help us understand how you use this website. A cookie is a small text file composed of letters and numbers that is stored on your computing device.
The LSP Website also uses session cookies which expire by default 15 minutes after the end of a web session. We may disclose your information to other entities in the event the TEL or GTECH goes through a business transition, such as a transfer of lottery activities to private management, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, as your personal information might be among the assets transferred.
We also may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the integrity of the LSP Website, prevent harm to other online users or protect your safety, investigate fraud or breaches of a contract or a law, or respond to a legal process or a request from a public authority.
